2. Scope and Application
This policy covers all processing of personal information collected via our website, consultation bookings, e-commerce transactions, social media, and official communications.

- Identity Data: Full name, ID number, date of birth.
- Contact Data: Email, phone, address.
- Transaction Data: Billing and shipping details.
- Payment Data: Processed via Payfast; we do not store card details.
- Correspondence Data: Messages submitted through forms or email.
B. Automatically Collected Data
- Technical Data: IP address, browser, OS.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, session duration.
- Tracking IDs: Cookies from Google Ads & Analytics.

6. Google Enhanced Conversions & Data Hashing
We use Google Enhanced Conversions to improve ad measurement accuracy. Before transmission, identifiers such as email and phone are converted using the SHA-256 hashing algorithm. The resulting string is non-reversible and used solely for attribution. Data are transmitted securely to Google in compliance with POPIA Sections 11 and 15.
7. Data Security
- All web traffic is protected by SSL encryption (HTTPS).
- Regular security audits and firewall monitoring are conducted.
- Data access is restricted to authorised staff only.
- In case of a breach, both users and the Information Regulator will be notified as per Section 22 of POPIA.
