Ex girlfriend wants to take child overseas |

Hi I've read a few other post re this but most refer to ex wives. is there any difference? my ex-GF now wants to stop me seeing my child, and is planning to take her with her when she travels overseas, her plan is to never come back. do I follow the same steps as suggested in the other posts? child is only 4 months old and I've been contributing since the 1st or 2nd month. now she wants me to come see her for the last time? she can gladly go overseas, but I can't allow her to just take my child away from me....
