Joint Custody |

Hello,
Do you know of anywhere where we can down load a joint custody form? Is there such thing?
We are going to be letting my Fiance's children go and live with their mom for a bit. There isn't too much bad blood at the moment apart from her not wanting to pay maintenance.  My fiance is just nervous that she might try and not let him see the kids etc so wants her to sign joint custody papers.
Please could you help me find some?
