What can I do if the Father of my child refuses to pay maintenance after an interim maintenance order has been issued at the Magistrates Court. He continues living the "HIGH LIFE" of drinking; partying; women and gambling, yet he has sad stories of how he can't afford the payment. What is my best course of action to ensure I get payment on time?
