why is our constitution allowing such a human rights violation |
|
what is actually being done on a tangible legal level to get this entire matter of ' gender bias' and total inequality against men to the constitutional court???? are Fathers 4 Justice working on the matter? and if not why? id like to get involved- we should all stand together- - this is a human rights violation- i was pretty much a stay at home dad due to my self employment- the world is changing- mothers often only stay off work for two months after birth before getting back on with their careers and often dont even breastfeed for more than a few months, if at all- gender equality should run all the way down to the care of children, should it not? i cant understand why we are still battling like this- its reverse sexism! what is really being done about it???

i couldnt agree more... rather pray and rest assured **** willing when ur kids finally return home, knowing that divine intervention is the ultimate decision,which no man made law nor its appointed departments can overcome.... Justice will be done in this lifetime.... as for me iv'e given up hope in our pathetic justice system and made my peace wid my creator, and im seeing the justice being metered out divinely................ ooooh how sweet, thank god..

Marc I agree 100% with you, things are changing in this world. My Ex's lawyer is also using the Gender argument to get my daughter away from me. Some one please tell me what a mother can provide that a father can't ?
I would support F4J on this if need be.

agree, but I know that f4j sa is doing good work behind the curtains. Last year google led me to an some of these work (i.e. meetings with government and education for the lower courts re equal rights etc) but maybe we need some report back on this website about what is happening.
