We are a supporter-based organization relying on your donations to fund our work in empowering parents to deal with the injustices of Family Law.

We do not charge hourly rates (eg. R750 per hour for attorneys) for the advice we give, but similarly we cannot operate without funding.

We are all volunteers and earn no income from any donations. We simply ask you to help us cover expenses eg. internet, website, mailing lists, publicity, etc.

Therefore, please make a small or generous donation to F4J to enable us to continue our work and help you in the process.

You will be issued with a donation reference number, which must be stated in all contact with F4J.

Then forward us a short e-mail of the problem you need advice on and quote your donation reference number. Due to overwhelming demand for our services, we cannot enter into private telephone calls. We will generally respond within 24 hours and also issue you with an income tax statement, which will enable you to deduct your donation from your tax.

Without you helping us, we will not be here to help you.

We offer the following:

A carefully managed, pro-active campaign of activism, both locally and internationally, in cooperation with international partner organizations, to promote the cause of improved contact (“access”) with children and to create world-wide awareness of family law injustices;

Expert advice on your rights in terms of relevant legislation including the new Children’s Act, maintenance issues, and emigration issues. Thereby you potentially save a fortune in legal costs by avoiding fruitless legal strategies, which serve only to enrich the greedy professionals.

A pro forma Parental Rights & Responsibilities Agreement as required by law that spells out what you could expect regarding decisions and contact with your children.

Access to a referral database of practitioners, including legal professionals, social workers, psychologists and other critical role players – including advice on whom to avoid.
