The mother of my child who I am divorcing is using false allegations of abuse to her as her only defence. Please could you send me module 8 to help me with my case.

Anonymous 2011-06-09 14:26:23	Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. My ex wife had me arrested for allegedly raping/sexually assaulting my two daughters. The state has dropped the case, but she is now attempting to deprive me of all my parental rights, except maintenance, to my children by way of a high court application. I need help on this one as I have not harmed my children in any way, but court battles are extremely costly and I do not have the funds to fight her. Its typical of the legal system- If you have the money you get the result you desire.

Now she is pregnant and threatens me with laying rape charges. The is July and the whole tis was consetual. Please assist. She is bitter because I already had another lady whom I love very much even today. The whole thing was a one night stand. I told her that I am willing to take responsibility of the chil but she wants me to leave my girlfriend instead.

Anonymous 2012-03-27 08:01:23	Hi. I need to know what route to take as when I lived close to my son I got to see him every second weekend. After stories that I was beating my son, he didn't want to come visit. After proving that the stories where indeed false and had to do with freedom from homework and that I put a restraining order against his mom that she may not phone me after hours unless it has to do with my son, I relocated to Cape Town. I want my 12 year old son to come visit me as I have not seen him in 5 months, his mother keeps saying that she will not force him to come visit me. every time I chat to him on the phone he says he cant wait and sounds eager, but when making plans with his mom she says he doesn't want to come to me. I am loosing touch with my son no matter how hard I try. I have never failed to pay maintenance as a matter of fact I pay more that court ordered. PLEASE help and advice me what to do
