Hi, already spent a small fortune getting a High Court order w.r.t. my rights & visitation. Mother is however just laughing it off, cops won't do anything, Snr Magistrate won't act etc etc |

i was asked by my son Deacons mother to care for him as she was unable to as she wanted to get her life in order, i put him in a creche and this was going well she fetched Deacon from creche and dropped Deacon again. approximately 3 weeks later the mother collected Deacon and said i kidnapped Deacon, now she refuses me the right to my son |

my daughters mother refuses me to see her even after i pay maintainance. its been six months and still i havent see her. whenever i attempt to see her, her mother rochelle puts up a fight. i recently heard they moving but her mother refuses to tell me where. what can i do |

I have gone to extreme lengths to have clear explicit guidelines and rulings laid down with regards to contact and the everyday well being of the children, I set out stringent conditions in the initial documents drawn up with the family advocate, I have been very clear with changes to the rulings with a psychologist, yet, what is so frustrating is that nobody appears to be in a position to enforce the rulings. A lot of barking, but no bite, the mother just laughs everything off and continues to flout the law. I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY WHO HAS THE BARK AS WELL AS THE BITE!!! |

Ian and Francois - I\'m in same position as you. 2 High Court Orders including Family Advocate\'s Report. I live in Cape Town and 6 months after the most recent order, she disappears to JHB without telling me where. I have seen my child once in 3 months. There is a warrant of arrest out for her but I have doubts a magistrate will have her locked up and force her to co-operate with my right of contact, etc. Have spent over R250 000 in legal costs t date and don\'t have access to more. An urgent application is required but nobody will seemingly help. |
