I broke up with the woman that I'm having a baby with and I wasn't allowed to see my kid after that I was told to pay damages before I can see him and then I was told that they will accommodate me I can see him were he stays but I can't take him anywhere then at the end of it all I got a list of the things that the child need for the month then I replied by sending a list of mine that said I need time with my son. This always happens when me and this woman break up the last time my child rejected me and I had to fix things with her to have excess to my boy

I'm in precisely the same situation except I am still married and my wife has demanded a divorce. I have been advised by my attorney to ask for a paternity test but my wife won't agree to it until I agree to pay her a ridiculous amount of money in maintenance. I believe he is my son but want the test just to be 100% sure. My wife has denied me access for the past three months, our child is only 4 months old. the legal process has slowed to an agonizing pace. Feels as if I have no rights. Not sure where else to turn.

Hey Guys .. Hang in there .. I'm looking for a good lawyer to handle or advise me on how to go about my case .Last week my x decides that a 7 day split aint good enough for the kids .. She's decided that I can see my kids every second weekend . This she's doing without any legalities She recons she knows her rights,, what's the proper age for kids to decide for themselves where they want to be? I to feel confused and cornered. Do I have rights to see my kids ??? HELP :(
