May I recieve a copy I joined in support of U 2 yrs ago, made a generous donation then. I still have not had access in 4 yrs and go to court in the next month for final divorce. My spouse in the mean time got a restraining order yet I hadn't seen or communicated with my daughter 2 yrs prior to that except for sending BCards & Xmas pressies - the law disregards even the advocates petitions I will be going a great expense to HC to appeal the Mags Ruling.

Good day I am having endless problems with my x wife an my son who is now * years old is being emotionally drained with his mother having lived with 3 other men after our divorce with kids from 2 of them. He has confirmd to want to stay with me fromDecember 2011. What are my options forward and how do I approach the situation in gaining custody from her at the lowest cost. A mention the other father of the second child has custody of his son........aand I still dont know how he got it right.

Hi I have a 2year old daughter that I see twice a week for 5 hours and those vists are only if the mother is in the mood to send the child. I have been for mediation 3times and she has not appeared once. I have been to court and I do have a court order stipulating that I see my daughter twice a week for 5 hours and that does not stand all the time because she says the child is sick all the time (its not medcially proven my daughters sick). Is there any way in this South African law that the child's mother and I can be given joint custody where she spends have the time with me and half the time with her mother. I have laid a charge in contempt of court order against my childs mother but the police referred the case to the social workers which they did try to assist me but that failed as well. The police are very unhelpful when it comes to a case like mine. The police is more for the mothers even though the mother is denying me access to my daughter. I feel this law is so unfair on fathers like me who try our best to give our kids the best and aslo to be there for them. I know of a lot of fathers who don't even pay maintaince and they see there kids without any problems. Right now all I do is pay maintaince and I battle to see my daughter. Your help will be highly appreciated Thanks Yours sincerly

I am the subject of 'abused husband syndrome,' my wife recently filed false assault charges and had my step-daughter who isn't living at home; file false charges of inserting a finger into her; (a 15 year sentence if convicted;) I've been slashed with knife; absed; drugged, poisoned and belittled and still the SAPS just laugh at me and tell me to go away and refuse to open any case. I'm refused acess to my 10 year old my wife beat so badly when he was one that I never ever left him alone with her again and took him everywhere with me day or night; even flying him with me to cook in LG competition this year. Because I'm a man (52) my 40 year-old wife knows she can say and do whatever she wants to me and acts docile and demur to the outside world. I need help or I'm going to never see my son again and whose maternal bond is with me not my very disturbed wife. Will this organisation advise and support me please, I'm alone in RSA without family or friends.
